Re: 1/18 Scale Off Road Carpet Racing
Why wait until then? Got a good stock of the soft foams? Please stock some at the track too! A stock/spec class may be a good idea for the track. Very few of us can get a 60mph lipo brushless car to handle indoors, me included Edited by: FullMoonRacing at: 12/6/06 7:04 pm
saturday micro racing
generally i race in Portage IN at Duneland Hobbies..but Im not against runnin there a few times providing theres an open buggy class....brushless/lipo vendetta
Re: saturday micro racing
putting the xray tires over the stocks do work BUT will ruin the diff, melts it almost...and those lil F#$@ers suck to work on...ive found buying the whole trans is the ticket..only a few extra bucks
For a first time race I thought it went OK. there were 5 entries tonight. It went pretty smooth with John calling the races. We started the evening's races with 1/18th being the first class then went into the 1/10th program.
Just about everyone in the facility came and were spectators all around the track. I think it's going to become more popular, especially as a second class for folks already running 1/10th.
