A Philosophical Question to tease your mind
Ok....A Question from Buddhist Philosophy. Please do not look this up until i post the answer...i want everyone to think hard on this. I also want everyones honest answer, not the answer they know is right.
If you came across Buddha on a road one day, what should you do?
answer this however you like. answer as what you would do or what you think a buddhist would do.
The answer will surprise you. I will put it up in less than one week from today. probably the 20th of January. I will also explain the reason behind the answer.
I think that I should scream like a little school girl, start jumping about like i'm having an eliptic fit, then hunt him down screaming "I LOVE YOU BUDDHA!!!!!", have more fits of giddyness, then demand his autograph, and promptly faint on the spot.
Seriously though, I'd probably do a double take, then leave the poor guy alone.

Actually, i think the real question is, how would you know it was Buddha? Even if he told you that he was, why would you believe him?
Re: A Philosophical Question to tease your mind
I don't think you'd do anything with buddha, since i always assumed it was more on being one with yourself more than him. Buddha was just a teacher from what i've heard.
Re: A Philosophical Question to tease your mind
It depends on what he looks/looked like.
If he was a one eyed monstrosity with hundereds of arms i would question my sanity and hope like hell that i am dreaming.
If he looked like a normal guy, i might pass him a friendly gesture and be on my way.

What would I not do?
I wouldnt pass him, he would pass me.
I would ask, "Buddha, oh enlightened one, why are you here?"
To which he would promptly reply why not.
