Apricot Chicken I had this for dinner tonight and it was very good. The only difference is I used 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (or you can use 6 with the same measurements for the sauce
Apricot Chicken
whole chicken cut up in pieces washed and placed in 9x13 pan
1 c. apricot jam/preserves
1 c. French Dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
Mix itogether pour over chicken
cover with foil bake 1 hour 350*
uncover bake 30 min.
serve over rice
