Baked meatballs
Baked Meatballs

For a different taste, try using ground turkey in place of ground beef.

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup onions, minced
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 pounds lean ground beef
• 2 Eggs
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Preheat oven 400° F. Lightly grease baking sheet with oil. In a small skillet, add onions to 1 tablespoon oil until onions are tender. Mix other ingredients in a bowl, then add onions. Mix with a large spoon to blend ingredients together. Shape into meatballs 1-2 inches in diameter and place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Since they're baked individually, you can freeze them and use them later in the crockpot with a bottle of honey-garlic bbq sauce which is really easy and yummy for when you're going to be on the go all day. Just throw them on in the morning and they're ready for dinner. :D

Baked meatballs
You could use them for spaghetti and meatballs; or you could make swedish meatballs with them, with a can of mushroom soup, some sour cream and canned mushrooms. :)
