Boskone 41
On GRRM's website he said he will be appearing at Boskone 41
in Boston Feb 13-15. That's about a 2 hour drive from where I live. A visit to the Boskone 41 website didn't clear much up for me.
Would this be a cool place to go? Do you think GRRM would read an all new chapter? Does anyone have any input on the what may go down at said event? Thank You in advance. ;)

George will be at Boskone. he always goes. *nods* There is a thread at Ran's, I think a few other boarders may be trying to organise a BwB presence. George would more than likely be up for lunch or something with us, which is so much cooler than yet another spoiler chapter. IMO. :)

GoN,

What state do you live in and will you be attending?
I like fantasy literature, but I don't really read sci-fi at all - so, I'm not sure if I would enjoy myself or not.
But, it would be cool to say hello to George.

I'm in North Carolina, and probably won't be attending. It would be cool but I don't have the time and/or money. I will be at NoreasCon though, Labor Day. So will EVERYONE. You should definitely plan on attending. Fingers representin! :p

I will follow your advice and avoid Boskone 41 at all costs, but will clear my social calender for NoreasCon.

Not even nudging? Damnit man, you drive a hard bargain! :b

I think I'm gonna bow out of NorEasCon.

1. The Dork Factor offends even me. I'm trying to break away, not travel deeper.

2. I'd cramp GoN's style. Hotel room beds tend to be big, but I have to set some sort of Orgy Limit even if no one else will.

3. Popeye (Noonadin) and Olive Oil (V) might be there. :lol
