The point is we are the candlesticks. If our light is not shining properly by speaking the truth against the powers of darkness concerning principles then what good are we? Jesus said in Matthew let your light so shine before the world. Do not put the lamp under the table. Least your light will not shine before men. We must remember that darkness only exists by the absent of light. Darkness only can exist by the amount of light that is given or in its complete absents. It is like gray only exists by the lack of black. What does this all mean? If we do not speak the truth then false teachings which is darkness is created by the light and the truth being absent. Take the word of God against any darkness and it will prevail. Yet when Jesus comes back who knows all things, then the Light will overcome the shadow of darkness. No shadow with Jesus because his light is to bright. JaRay
