Can't wrap my mind around it...
They've been having Elizabeth do so many things that I consider to be "out of character." in the last couple years. I can't figure out if this is actually leading somewhere in terms of character develpment or if they are just screwing with her character and her fans. One minute I think they might actually be giving Becky and awsome story with the potiental for great material and the next they rip it away from her. I can't figure out if the writers care about Elizabeth or not. Right now it feels like the answer is no they don't care. Back in the summer though I remember reading that Elizabeth was headed for a very dark path that Elizabeth fans wouldn't like very much but that she would emerge stronger. So I still wonder, is this all part of the dark path that she will eventually find her way out of or is this TPTB screwing with us for what feels like the upteenth time?
Any thoughts?
