This is a good place to start to instill some of the traditional virtues of honesty, morality and itegrity. Granted, since these places are all run by people, they aren't perfect. However, all of the major religions of the world, and most of the not so major religions, have the same basic morality as are found in the 10 Commandments of the Christian Bible. Even within one denomination there can be differences, however, and you have to do some research to find where you belong. Civilization was built on religion.
