Clay Aiken's debut album certified DOUBLE PLATINUM!!
It was annouced this morning on Good Morning America and Clay was presented with a plaque by Clive Davis himself. Clay didn't know about this and was speechless. I'm so proud I could burst!!! Clive said he's already sold 615,000 copies the first week and based on re-orders ect, they have already shipped 2 MILLION copies, that is unheard of for a debut artist! Clive said that Clay has sold/shipped the most albums for a debut solo artist in over 10 years. He sold more records first week then Madonna and Beyonce combined He said he's never seen anything like this. I cried and Clay looked stunned! the look on his face and the way you could tell he was floored was precious there's a part where you can see in his expressions he was thanking God although he didn't say it outloud and yes it was live and a surprise for him he had NO clue Clive was there. The look on his face was just the best thing ever. I just LOVE him!!! LOL! Ok thanks for letting me gush

Deee!!!!!!!!!! OMG OMG OMG!! I am so happy for Clay!! That video of GMA made me cry!! WOW 2million copies in the first week is amazing! I am so glad to be apart of making that happen as I bought 3 albums the first week! LOL Yeah I know I am a nut I bought 1 for me and one for my sis and one for my friend! LOL TY for the info

1 to keep wrapped
possibly one more for another person so you are NOT crazy I've been playing mine so much I'm worried it will get warped or something. I cried too. I am SO thrilled and proud for him I could burst! There just aren't words to describe what he means to me!!! I love him and I love this too

I finally bought the Measure of a Man!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!
I listened to the entire thing last night and I got to tell you that this CD is really good, it's something you can leave playing and listen to the entire CD. And that's saying a lot b/c I rarely do that even with my favorite singers. The CD was so worth all the embarrassment I went to through to buy it LOL.
I went to drop off some rolls of films and I see Clay's CD on the counter, I get so excited I just grab it and go the cherisher. Too bad I didn't check through my wallet to make sure I had enough money on me LOL . I was short 2 dollars and was searching through my purse for every spare change I had, the poor kid at the cash register was like, "Dude, just take it" LMAO. Ahhhhh I was so embarrassed, but I did exactly what the teenager told me LOL.
I was listening to it last night while I was writing Endless Love.
And It's my pleasure to write the fic, I enjoy doing it and who better to write a fic for than you . So no need to thank me, it really is my pleasure. I just hope you continue to like it.
