Custom CSS question on one of my accounts

On my account 0ut of Sight, there's a lot of dead space at the bottom. I've triple-checked the CSS that i entered, and it doesn't look like anything should be doing that, but i can't think of anything else it would be, so if someone else could try to figure it out, that would be great.

I'm pretty much a beginer at CSS but the padding here seems rather large:

 #heading { 
        background: url(http://home.maine.rr.com/thepedros/marciebg.jpg) no-repeat top left;
        color: #FFFFFF;
        padding-top: 450px;
        margin-top: 0px;
        height: 482px;
        width: 382px;
        float: left;
        vertical-align: bottom;
        }
                
        #personalphoto { 
        display:none;
        }
        #totalposts, #membersince { color : #FFFFFF; font : 12px bold carmine tango; letter-spacing: 2px; }

That's the way it should look. There's nothing you can do about the gap unless you add more info in your profile it doesnt need to fill it up
