David Didn't Get A Nomination
David didn't get an Emmy nomination...
I'm so depressed right now.. I swear i cried a little bit when i heard about it. but not only because he didn't get nominated, but because Matthew did. I mean, I'm happy that Matthew got a nomination, but come on! David was waaaayyy better then Matthew this season! I can't believe he didn't get a nomination!!
I really tried to look on the brighter side of things (Friends got 11 noms!), but I couldn't. I'm more sad then I am happy... just to think of how David feels right now, depresses me...

hey johana, same here. I was so nervous and when I read about the nominees I was shocked at first. I thought it was a joke! Then I felt sad and depressed...well I still do. I can't believe it! Are those people blind? C'mon! Haven't they seen one single episode of season 8?? It was totally David and Jen's season. I feel so bad for David... also because Matthew got a nod. Emmy sucks!!
Man, I should get a live. Emmy is not everything! Life goes on.... Ah but still David we're all feeling with you!!! *hugs*

I was so sad when I heard about the Emmy nominations, I still can't believe David didn't get one, I mean, I'm happy about Matt and Jennifer, and anyway Matthew is in FRIENDS cast, but definitely should have been David instead of Matthew, David has had a great year in FRIENDS. Well something that makes me feel a little better are the nomination for Band of Brothers and Uprising, well at least David is included also in the nomination as best cast with FRIENDS.

I'm feeling with you guys!! When I read that MP got a nomination and not DS, I was so sad!!! I mean, these emmy nominator people, what were they watching... the RERUNS!!?!? MP had some great seasons, but I would put money down that season 8 was among his worst!! So, basically it's a popularity contest. MP is popular around Hollywood, he has a bunch of friends (no pun intended) and he goes to a lot of the movie premieres, so he gets seen a lot.
I would venture to say that David is more of a private person and less aggressive and 'funny' out in public.
Gosh, here I am rambling, but it makes me feel a bit better!

P.S. That's great about the BoB and Uprising Emmy nods. Last award show that David was at (I think it was the Golden Globes?) Band Of Brothers won and all of the cast went up EXCEPT for David. That kind of puzzled me a bit!

I'm so glad Matt, Friends and Jen got nominated. I'm really surpriesd Matthew got nominated, though. David deserves it more.

I was totally shocked when I found out. I was probably even more shocked by the fact that Matthew got the nomination when David didn't than just by the fact that David didn't get the nomination...he deserved it was more IMO. But still, there's one more chance for him, and I'm incredibly thrilled for Jen, Friends, Matthew, and Matt. We should be able to win one or more between them.

There is NO possible way Friends and Jen can't win. It just isn't possible. I really hope the whole cast goes to the premiere. That would be SO cool. Braddie better go too. I mean, he IS nominated. Plus, I just wanna see him. I hope he has that damn beard shaved off by then, though. Then we can get some awesome pictures.
