Re: Directions to new track
Can you get to the track from Chicagoland Speedway or do you have to go all the way up to Laraway and then back down? We take a different route from the south when we take our race haulers to Route 66 and I was wondering if you can get to the track by just turning left away from the speedway on Schweitzer. Sorry I'm not familiar with Schweitzer Road west of IL-53. Thanks!

.
you can, but its a rock road and prolly not maintained in the winter. its about a "country block" long and goes to vetter rd, then back into asphalt.

Re: .
Here's how we get there from Naperville, coming off I-55 from the Bolingbrook area:

I-55 south to Arsenal Road exit.
Arsenal Road east to Millsdale Road (just after the RR tracks).
Left (North) on Millsdale.

About a mile, then Millsdale does a little RH jog near a chemical plant entrance, so hang right, then a little ways(about 1/4 mile) you have to go left again to stay on Millsdale north, for about 1/2 mile. Then it takes a sharp turn to the east. ABout 1/4 mile to Vetter Road.

Vetter Road is on the left. Turn left (North) and go about a mile to Schwitzer, turn left and you are there.

Hope this helps. (thanks Gabe for this route)

Re: .
is there a way other than 80 to get there from 65? I'll be coming from Lafayette IN and 80 is usually a parking lot correct?
