fav lyrix
must keep reminding myself of this, i must keep reminding myself of this...(its good to know im not the only forgetful mofo out there ya know)
we barely remember who or what came before this precious moment, simply choosing to be here, right now, hold on, stay inside of this holy reality...(im sorry but it takes balls to have such a positive message and still rock the hell out)
so crucify the ego, before its far too late...(need i say more)
Re: fav lyrix
If there were no rewards to reap,
No loving embrace to see me through
This tedious path I've chosen here,
I certainly would've walked away by now.
Reaching out to embrace the random.
Reaching out to embrace whatever may come.
Re: Favorite Lyric?
This body holding me, reminds me of my own mortality.
Embrace this moment. Remember.
We are eternal. All this pain is an illusion...
So crucify the ego, before it's far too late
To leave behind this place so negative and blind and cynical,
And you will come to find that we are all one mind
Capable of all that's imagined and all conceivable.
Just let the light touch you
And let the words spill through
And let them pass right through
Bringing out our hope and reason ...
before we pine away.
With my feet upon the ground I lose myself
between the sounds and open wide to suck it in,
I feel it move across my skin.
I'm reaching up and reaching out,
I'm reaching for the random or what ever will bewilder me.
And following our will and whim we may just go where no one's been.
We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been.
What am I talking about... it's all awesome...

As full and bright as I am
This light is not my own
A million light reflections
Pass over me

may-nerd is wrong
"overthinking over anylizing seperates the body from the mind"
why does meynerd make seperating the body from the mind look like a bad thing?
in a perfect world, the mind and body would never intertwind like in the real world; thinking a certain way (mental) would never effect your body (physical)

Just a quick response to du masses...(do you have any idea how appropriate your name is?)...The mind and body are meant to be entwined in this world, imperfect as it is, don't try to separate them. Your body is a woundrous gift. You won't get free until you can accept and embrace your "imprisonment". Which leads to my favorite lyrics:
1)Twirling round with this familiar parable
Spinning, weaving round each new experience
Recognize this as a holy gift and
Celebrate this chance to be alive and breathing
2)So crucify the Ego
Before it's far too late
To leave behind this place so
Negative and blind and cynical
And you will come to find
That we are all one mind
Capable of all that's
Imagined at all concievable
So let the light touch you
And let the words spill through
Just let them pass right through
Bringing out our hope and reason

Spiral out, Keep going
These all sum up perfectly the way I feel life should be lived and Truth should be sought.

I never said i was trying to seperate the body from the mind, that's impossible. i said in a perfect world mental would be seperate from physical.
