The Featured Site is going to be chosen once a month (later, if things get real busy we might switch to once a week) 2. Any member can nominate a Site, by simple replying to the current candidate thread, posting the link and a short explanation about the site. Any site/group can be nominated. It does not have to be Tolkien related, nor even stick to the fantasy genre. There are two major restictions, though: - The site (and its content) must be legal - The site's rating should not be higher than M (A guide to the ratings can be found here.) 3. The featured sites of the last three month cannot be nominated. 4. Around the 15th of a month, or when we have 5 candidates (whichever comes first) we will create a poll in which all members of this board can vote for their favorite site.
