Flash conversion

HELP! I have Flash Studio MX. I can only save my flash file as a .fla How can i save it as something else or convert it? I need it as a gif jpeg or swf.

I've got a flash movie that is an exe. I've heard it has to be converted to an swf. How would I do that?
