I do still like Quentin. I like him in 1897 best. I still think he's a very handsome man. But I lost all physical attraction for him when I fell for Willie. I didn't expect that to happen. While I was in the process of falling for Willie and even directly after, I thought I would just like both of them. But within a day or so I no longer desired Quentin. I was surprised at myself.

You see Quentin is the kind of man I usually go for. Dark hair, hairy chest, and a drop dead gorgeous face. He was my first crush when I watched DS as a kid. When I started watching again about 1996, it was natural to again resume a crush on him. I continued to nurse the crush on him til about April of last year. Then I began to really notice Willie.

I had begun a DS fan fic called Seaview in which Vicki meets a ghost while at the house she and Burke were going to move to, Seaview. In this story I am telling the ghost's story. At first Willie was going to be a minor character. He has a crush on Vicki but must keep it secret because of Barnabas.

In order to write about Willie I had to delve into his past, and think about what sort of upbringing he had and what brought him to the place of meeting Jason McGuire. As I thought about this, it dawned on me that Willie was really a lot more like me than Quentin. I still thought Quentin was handsomer, as Willie did not have the features I usually like best in a man. But over time he grew on me. I started to become sweet on him but this was during a time when JK was not on the show. On May 28 of last year (JK's birthday BTW) Willie came back to the show during the Leviathan storyline. JK had not been seen since Barnabas murdered Carl early in the 1897 storyline. When I saw Willie and heard his voice, I knew I loved him.

At any rate I do not dislike Quentin now, I still like him and think he's handsome but Willie is the one who I love.
