Aaron Anderson, Charlie DeMars, James Marsters, Kevin McPherson, and Steve Sellers
who have recorded their first album - titled "Mad Brilliant" - which is set to release -- well, I'm not entirely sure - last I heard it was supposed to release in July, but it's not November and it's not out yet --- so, I'm still waiting.

Mad Brilliant is HOT! It's been a long time since I put an album on repeat play and listened to it all day long! And was bouncing just as much when I reluctantly ejected the CD as when I first put it on! Me + anthemic tracks = usually, but gotr love Good Night Sweet Girl. Such passion!

Oh - totally love the MB album!
In fact - I love the title track! it's a bit short - but the lyrics are great and the music is wonderful ---
I mean, don't get me wrong - totally dig the entire album, but Valerie and Mad Brilliant and Good Night Sweet Girl are my faves - and it was hard to limit faves to those three --
Dangerous and Angel are great too! Liar is fun. could go on and on ------

I still can't actually believe it is going to happen, but not only am going to The Garage gig, but also The Scala - both in June in London. Was seriously tempted by Newport as that is not so very far from me but I am controlling myself thus far!
Steve said they were making a video for David Letterman.... why would you do this unless you were going to re-release the single I wonder.

Yeah - I'd heard about the video possibility -- that would rock!
Hmmm - perhaps they will re-release the single - or, they'll just totally promote the hell out of the album -
It would be great if they re-released the single - since SLAPP and Mefiant are both on it and so many ppl want SLAPP -
Now - how will anyone ever see the video? Mtv and VH1 don't play much in the way of videos anymore unless you have the 'other' channels - like Mtv2 - which my cable co doesn't carry ---- *pout* --
They'll need a video release! DVD!! they gotta do it!
2nd - The band leaves at the end of the week to begin their tour in Europe!
3rd - according to www.gotr-online.com/forums - the GotR singles are being re-pressed for release sometime in the near future -- visit the site to see if they've posted exact dates!
