God never changes, so...
Regarding divorce, In the Book of Matthew it is written that Moses said that from the beginning, divorce was not to be.

So, who changed it? Was it God, or Moses, or who?

God never changes, that does not mean He His laws and covenants do not :)

I do not think Moses would dare change the law, after the rock smiting incident, on his own, but had divine direction from God to do so because of the hardness of the Hebrews hearts at the time.

"she" ? I assume thats a type-o. Father Also says His words are never changing as well, so now what? And no need for that. . . your mind is not open to the truth. . . thats kinda lame. . . politeness is a trait of yours I admire. . . what happen?
