Help with a dog.
We just got a Great Pyrenes(not sure on spelling) on Friday and she is not a puppy. The good news is she is house trained and we haven't had any messes yet and she is a lovable dog, great with the kids. The problem is she is shedding. I have never seen so much dog hair. I feel like I am vacuuming the floor 10 times a day. I have been told she does not shed like this all the time just right now because she is shedding her winter coat. Any tips on dealing with the dog hair?

One other thing is the smell. I haven't had an indoor dog before and my house smells like dog now. Any tips here?
