Hi!Hi, I'm sad that Dark Shadows is off the air but I really miss talking with other fans about it. Is this board just getting started? I'll gladly post here as long as there are people visiting it. I see some have mentioned their favorite characters and storylines. My fav characters are Quentin ,Willie, and Barnabas! LOL! Am I allowed to have three?
Oh, by the way. I am thinking of starting my own messageboard. So I guess we'll just see where this goes. It looks as if it isn't working completely, since the photos are no longer showing up.

Hi Venus!Yes, we are trying to salvage this board but it doesn't look good. We have some nice people here but I don't know how long this board will continue. i notice quite a few quirks about it ,certain things that don't work as they are supposed to. Maybe we should have a backup plan! LOL!
You listed a uncommon storyline as your favorite in 1970PT. Not many people choose it. I don't think it was bad, the Leviathan was the worst one of all in my opinion. I just couldn't get over the fact that Barnabas was being controlled by them! Stupid premise.They should have stuck to the supernatural aspect of the show. That's what made it big to begin with. I know they say they ran out of stories but if they stuck with supernatural they could of thought up plenty more! Just more ghosts and romance!

Yes, JadeMoon I know the 1970PT storyline isn't very popular but I really liked it. I thought it was different and I liked the idea of parallel lives. Although I do believe they should have only done a parallel time sequence once only, it really wasn't something you could keep doing over and over without wearing it out.
I know they were tight on budget but I also think that maybe they should have introduced a few more new actors/actresses. This would have given more space to think of different stories.
