I guess I'll share
Not too many visitors here - but anyway--
I bfed DD for 15mo - nightweaned her at 14mo and she self weaned after that.

DS is 17mo and still going - mostly just twice a day to go to sleep and has cut down to only once middle of the night (just this week) w/o me trying any nightweaning. We are flying to the east coast the end of June so I am putting off any sleep/eating changes until we return home (Hawaii)

Every month you bfeed boosts your childs IQ and lowers your future risks for breast cancer. Bfed babies get sicker less and get over sicknesses faster - even as adults they get sick less!

Enjoy your babies and take lots of pictures - they change soo quickly!

Re: I guess I'll share
Guess I'll share as well lol. I have a 6 year old and a 3 month old. both boys. My first experience with breastfeeding was really bad. I didn't know what i was doing and had no help or support, so I only breastfed for about 3 months. I still feel guilty about that. I'm doing great now and I hope I can go as long as 2 years like the doc says. it's great to have advice and support. Anyway, thats my story :)
