ISBN:0658017934 (if you wanna get this book, just write down these 10 numbers and go to a bookstore; you don't even need to remember the author & title)

This book is really amazing and scary to a certain extent. Coz it tells you that the chemical ingredients in your cosmetics, perfume & shampoo could be rather toxic and even lethal to a certain extent.

So read this book and be a little knowledgeable as to what is being put onto your face & body!

Well, the book doesn't list out which brands are harmful coz I guess they don't wanna be sued by the cosmetics companies. Howeover, they do recommend Aveda. Yep, Aveda's expensive but they say that Aveda uses a lot of recycable packaging in their products.
