Thanks, LaH. I really really did my best, but the bastard confessed to many times. His conversations with Tyrion wrecked my whole case. Stannis' trial was easier becasue Stannis never confessed.
Anyway, i still think the judges were biased. Tywin was found guilty on treason (Aerys), Rape (Tysha) and conspiracy to murder (Aegon and Rhaenys).

You were slpendid. But actually i think i did everything possible to get him off the hook (except the Tysha rape defense).
Anyway, you must admit that 2 of the judges in LF's trial were really great about it and weren't biased. I think it was Ilyn who fought to get LF to exile instead of killnig him.
Anyway, i really think Tywin should have gotten away from the treason charge.
Oh, btw, LF never literally confess of doing anything, that is what sucked with Tywin..

I'd certainly have convicted him on conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to commit rape - haven't read the trial, but I suspect I'd have let him off treason (nobody should be convicted of treason against Aerys )

God dammit, biatch! TYSHA WAS NEVER RAPED!!! Give me one piece of evidence that shows that Tysha was raped. In a trial the defendant is supposed to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt before sentencing him, Tywin isn't.

Read the friggin trial, Ghost. Anyway, Tyrion never said she was raped, he just said he fucked her and that she was paid. Sounds like a whore to me..
I think Tysha was raped, but i don't think there is enough proof to prove Tywin guilty on this. Read the books, if you find one piece of evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt that she was raped, i'm yours for the night.
(and even if you don't find anything we can work something out..)

He was convicted with treason, that is correct, but there were mitigating circumstances. The best one was that he couldn't really tell Aerys he is leaving him because Aerys would have killed Jaime. You should read the trial.
Anyway, SKD was really great in convincing the judges. At first they wanted to kill him, but Mormont disagreed. He said he should be sent to exile without his tongue because of the mitigating circumstances. The others agreed but said he should be sent to exile without his tongue and hand and money.
One or two of them said he should be instead sent to the wall, becuase he is not LF, and won't cause troubles once he is there. Most of the judges agreed to send him to the wall maimed. But then me, SKD and Mormont said it's stupid to maim someone who is gonna be sent to the wall, becuase it ruins his value to the NW and the realm.
Hahaha!
