Jo's True Love
There is something that has always puzzled me about Search For Tomorrow and Joanne Gardner Barron Tate Vincente Trourneur. Most soap leading ladies can be linked to one possibly 2 great loves in thier lives. Generally you think of that one though: such as Steve and Audrey (GH), Mac and Rachel (AW), Vanessa and Bruce (LOL), Jeff and Penny (ATWT), etc. With Jo is always hard to say which of her men was her the true love of her life. I didn't get to watch the show in the 50's and most of the 60's are a blur due to my age, but in reading you know that she loved Keith Barron, Arthur Tate, and Sam Reynolds. I know that she had wonderful relationships with Tony Vincete and Martin Tourneur (even though that one ended in divorce unlike her other marriages). I have heard some researchers say that Sam Reynolds even though they never married was Jo's one true love. I was just wondering what you guys think.
