LEMON COOKIES
1 box lemon cake mix
1 large carton cool whip (thawed)
1 egg

Mix the above ingredients together. Then roll or drop by teaspoonfuls in powered sugar. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
