Laws of Magic
I was wondering if anyone knows what the Laws of Magic are? I know in Dead Beat it states that there are seven, remembering only the 1st Law from Storm Front, I have begun to re-read the series (like I really needed a better excuse:) )in search of the others...

So far I have only found the Fourth Law which talks about using true names to compel mortals and then a Law against Necromancy.

So that's 3 of 7, any ideas on other Laws?

Hmm, that’s a good question, I can’t think of any of the laws right now… gosh darn it, I better reread the books to! :rollin

I was thinking that the board was Dead too.

Well all I have been able to find is 3 of them and only the first is stated like a Law... I'll see if I can ask Jim in the News letter

ok, I found them!. Thanks to Jim pointing them out. They are briefy listed in Blood Rites when Harry finds out that Ebennezzar is the Blackstaff. I flowered them up a bit, but here they are:

Thou Shalt Not:

1.)        Kill
2.)        Enthrall the Will of Another
3.)        Invade the Sanctity of Another’s Mind
4.)        Seek Knowledge or Power from beyond the Outer Gates
5.)        Transform a Mortal
6.)        Reach Beyond the Borders of Life
7.)        Swim Against the Currents of Time
