Looks like you may have been right about the killer, Laura..
You had been saying all along, even before it all went down on screen(though the posts are no longer here to prove it) that the killer would be Hayes. and even though they haven't revealed for sure who it is, it does look like it is him. and honestly, I don't care if it is or not just as long as they get that jerk out of there. I wqnder what's gonna happen now with the whole KC murder thing.

It's soo cute how Marcie keeps getting jealous of Michael and Natalie. Even though it's very obvious that she has nothing to worry about even though Mike and Nat could work as a couple. But Nat only has eyes for the elder McBain brother and Michael got his eyes set on a reunion with Marcie.

On a side note, the guy that will be playing the new ADA, Hugh, is from a town not too far from where I live here in MA which I thought was cool. There was an article about the actor the other day in the local paper.

You know Jen, now I am beginning to think not..it's like they set it up too perfectly....Just not sure anymore. I won't even tell you who I thought it could be today {hint: last person you would think - & no, not Michael..lol but HE was on today's episode.

If it is who I think it is..there have been rumors going around that he is the killer. I am hoping not. Yeah...all the evidence against Hayes is a bit to convent.

Right now hayes it way to obvious but they could still turn it around and make it him if they did it right. I am kinda hoping that it turns out to be someone from Marcie's past. There was also an interesting theory at another board that it could be the New ADA ...he could be obessed with Marcie kinda thing. I am liking that idea..but I won't hold my breath LOL.

I love how Marcie gets so jealous of Natalie. She totally doesn't need to be but it just goes to show how much she still wants to be with him. The girl is terrified to let him get too close though right now. Natalie and Michael are ok as friends...to be perfectly honest though I like them best when they are crabbing at each other like brother and sister...that's how I see them. (I actually like it when Mikey is mean to her...is that wrong LOL)

Did you guys see the pic from the emmys with Nathaniel, Kathy and Josh (hugh). It is a great picture. Josh is a cutie but he is not Nathaniel LOL (if you didn't let me know and I can scan it for you guys to see)

I wonder if we are on the same thought process here..is your thought "close" to Marcie?? And before you all go nuts on me here, I am NOT talking about Michael (aka NM)

ok, I just read this rumor on About.com It doesn't look too promising for Ron, now does it? It also says he ends up dying after he kidnaps Natalie & Evangeline!?!

Arrrrrgggghhh they suck:cry ....they are throwing away a character with alot of potential. Not to mention his is very easy on the eyes.

I am still holding on to that thread of hope that they are jerking our chain...that it really is Hayes or someone from Marcie's past.

I should have waited til I saw the episode where Marcie talks about Hayes being too obvious before posting this subject. After seeing that episode, I definitely agree that he is too obvious. But maybe he's not obvious because he's too obvious...if that makes any sense, :lol We can still hold out hope that it's him. The guy is too sleezy not to guilty of something.

As soon as I saw that episode I got to thinking the killer was the same as who you guys are saying. I wasn't gonna say anything though cause I so badly don't want that to be true :( . My sister actually brought the subject up to me and all I could do was give her that looking saying yup, I think so too.

I actually haven't seen it so if you could post it for me that would be great. I'm actually kinda exited about this new guy since the actor is from a town not too far from me. I wish I still had the article in the local paper about him but I probably don't.

lol, yeah it is fun when they are going back and forth like brother and sister. Most of the time he's just telling her the truth, or what he feels to be the truth anyways. I just think that Nathaniel and Melissa have good chemistry together, in that they seem to work well together.

Unfortunately I am becoming more convinced that Dawn may be right - b/c there was a "preview" on SOD that said the KCK is now focusing on the "murders" for the "real life KC" Which leads me to believe that it's someone who knows her well from high school - like the person who we said (no names here either..lol)

Well...sounds like we all on the same page with this but I am still going to hang on to that thread LOL. It sounds as though we are going to find out for sure on July 20.

Here is the pic of Nathaniel, Kathy, & Josh (Hugh)

I'm with ya on hanging on to that thread, Dawn. If it is insert name here man is Marcie gonna be crushed. Of course Michael would be there for her but still.

Thanks for posting that pic, Dawn. I'd say the caption is correct, Kathy is definitely Lucky! ;)

I have been focusing in on the eyes of the killer trying to see if it is "him" lol but one thing is for sure, the physical "build" of the killer and said person does not seem to match. Maybe it's just my psycho self thinking here...who knows. We can only hope, right?

lol. :lol I was just watching friday's episode and was trying to check the killer's build too but it was hard for me to tell through the "snow". Thank goodness we have our cable back and can watch today's nice and clear and I can check out a clear version of yesterday's on Soapnet this weekend when they replay it. I was trying to listen to the killer's voice though to see if matches who we suspect but it was hard to tell. The mask could have been muffling his voice. Well... we'll know soon enough.

Holy Crap!
It looks like I actually WAS correct!! or at least partially....as there is a "partner" working with the killer (aka Hayes) It turns out he actually went to school with Marcie but was ostrisized and not even included in the "loser group" becasue he was psycho. Marcie apparently didn't recognise him b/c he has goen through an extreme makeover - gee maybe this explains the desire to have Marcie go through the lipo & what not?????

Anyway, the thing that still concerns me is that someone is going to be killed next week (not Natalie)and by the "other" killer...I sure hope we are wrong about who it could be.............they said whoever it is will "rock Marie to the core"

BTW, I read this all in SOW.

Re: Holy Crap!
yeah, I was still suspicious of him, just something wasn't right with him. of course I kept trying to think of ways that the killer(before they established that there was more than one) could be someone besides who we were thinking of. When it was becoming obvious that it was someone who knew Marcie from high school, I figured that the person was in her life now and she didn't know them because they looked different from how they looked in high school. and of course I wanted that to be Hayes and that may just be the case. so, would that make him the guy that Marcie was talking about being dead? I figured that guy would probably end up not being dead. Even w/out that tidbit of info, Hayes has been looking more suspicious with his very convenient alibis.

I sure hope so too. but who else could it be that would rock Marcie to the core. I don't think it's looking good.

btw, when I stopped in and saw the subject of your message I didn't know what to think. My first thought was maybe something big happened on the show and I hadn't seen thursday's or friday's episodes yet. so, I decided that I'd go and watch those episodes before reading your post just in case you mentioned something that happened. of course you didn't but at least it gave me an excuse to get caught up, :lol .

I know what you mean Laura. I was surprised it was Nick too. I mean I really am anxious to find out how Hayes lured him into all of this.

And isn't Hayes a major Freak show YIKES!!!

Well the good thing is that it isn't my Ronnie :woohoo

Re: what????
My thoughts exactly Laura.

back at the beginning of this thing when John suspected Nick, I thought that they were gonna do a thing similar to the book where all the evidence was pointing at one person but that person became a victim in the end too. Perhaps they were gonna go that route but came up with something else that they liked better and changed it. It wouldn't be the first time a soap seemed to have changed a SL partway through it.

anyways, making Ron look suspicious must have just been to try to throw us off Hayes trail and it did kinda work. but thank goodness it isn't Ron, I really had my fingers crossed that it wouldn't be :dance
