Barb, your OnceBittenSpike account doesn't have admin powers at any board. If you are not the ezOp or admin, the restore request will need to come from them.

If you are the ezOp or admin, have you submitted a Helpdesk ticket about this, yet? If not, please do that so a technician can look for backup files. Select "Accounts" or "Subscription Support" (if your board is Gold) and your ticket will be moved to the Restore Requests queue. Please be sure to use the e-mail address that belongs to your ezOp or admin account and include the board's URL or WebID, not just the name.
