Matt's cookie recipe
Matt's Cookie's!!
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup soft butter
1 egg slightly beaten
3 tbs cream
1 tsp vanilla
Sift together flour, baking powder salt and sugar. Cut in butter. Add egg slightly beaten, cream and vanilla. dough may be chilled if desired. Roll out to 1/8" thick on floured board. Cut into
shapes, and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
BAKE AT 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
