Character's Name: Mercedes Dolan, more commonly called Mercy

Hometown: Calgary, Alberta
Appearance: Mercy has long wavy black hair, although it's not known that she has somewhat wavy hair, as she straighten's it before anyone can see. Her black hair makes her skin pale, and the only color in her features is her pale pink lips and steely blue eyes. She has an almond shaped face, and thin black eyebrows. She has a fragile looking figure, and stands around 5'5".

Personality/Habits: Mercy can be quite rude and snobbish, but only to people she dislikes (which is most, to say the least.) She's not much of a socializer, and tends to keep to herself most of the time. She is quite interesting, if you get to know her, and if you get to know her well enough, you'll see that she really does have a heart. She also has a secret love of animals, that only her Nanny knows about. She's quite trustworthy, though, and will stay loyal to the friends she has if she knows that they'll be loyal back to her. She's a bit of a rebel, and will generally go against what people tell her to do, so, despite being of a prostigious upbringing, she is what one would call a 'punk'.
When she was young she got into the habit of smoking, something she doesn't exactly like anymore, so it's not like she'll pressure anyone into smoking. She also has a tendancy to draw when she's depressed or feeling a strong emotion, or simply just bored, although most of the things she draws are quite disturbing, as they look quite real.
History: Mercy was born October 21st, to Vanessa and Johnathon Dolan. Vanessa hardly spent a day with Mercy, leaving the child care to the hired nanny, while Vanessa attended social events, or hosted parties. Johnathon was hardly ever home, as he owned quite a large lawfirm which kept him busy, and even when he had time off, he would usually go with Vanessa to these social events. Mercy was quite spoiled, though, despite this. Her Nanny, Anne Costel, who was hardly much older than 24 when she began working for the Dolan's, was instructed to give Mercy whatever she wanted, as long as she was kept out of the Mistress's hair.
Mercy attended a private girl's school, and was meant to continue going there, when she found that she was a witch. She also found, that her Nanny was too a witch, who had given up the magical ways. Anne insisted that she attend the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and that the 'Mistress' would never hear a word about it. To this day, Mercy's parents still do not know that she's a witch, and merely think that Anne has sent her off to boarding school or some such nonsense.
