I usually use plain acrylic paint for the symbols on my customs. I just pick up a cheap tube at wal-mart or Michael's or Hobby Lobby. If it is detailed, I reccomend a very tiny brush, I have had a hard time getting real fine detail. I don't see how some of those great customizers do it!. I'm no expert, by any means, but I have a few decent customs. I have done 4 customs, but only one is complete because I get so frustrated with rerooting. It takes FOREVER!! The one I have finished had good hair to begin with, so I just was careful not to get any paint in it and kept the same hair. Hopfully I will have some pictures up on my website soon. When I go home for the summer, I will use my dad's digital camera to take pictures of all my collection!
