If you are having trouble logging into your new ezboard account, make sure you have followed the instructions in the validation email we sent you after you created the account. If you have not received the validation email, please check your Bulk email folder for the email account you used to register the account with (some systems include it as junk email). If the email is not there, and you registered as a global user, please use this link to have the validation resent to you:
If you still do not receive the validation email, please submit an Accounts Problem ticket. Send the ticket from the email that you used to create the account. Make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
1) your user name
2) If you made a local account, include the complete URL (web address) of the ezboard where you registered.
If you no longer have access to the email you used to make the account, or you made a typo in the email, you can use the secret question and answer in your accounts ticket to get the validation code sent to you. We will need to ask this question to verify it is your account, if the emails do not match.
If you have intentionally entered in an invalid email address you will need to create a new account.
