Payment/Contribution not applied
Has your ezSupporter or Gold Community payment or Community Chest contribution not been applied yet? Please read and follow the instructions below so we may help you in a timely manner.
We ask that you allow up to the following number of business days for your payment/contribution to be applied before making an inquiry:
Credit Card: Instant
PayPal: Instant
If you made a payment/contribution with your Credit Card or through PayPal and it was not instantly applied, OR if your account has prematurely lost ezSupporter, please open a Support Client ticket and give us the following information:
1. Your user name
2. ezSupporter or community contribution
3. Amount
4. Method of payment
5. Receipt
~~Credit Card: date/time portion of receipt that contains the invoice #
~~PayPal: Transaction ID (located in your receipt or through your online account lookup)
That's it. If we need more information, we'll ask -- otherwise we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Make sure you note the Ticket ID information on the page that appears after you submit your ticket. You can use it to view your ticket later, even if you don't receive an e-mail notification when someone replies to your ticket.
Please resist the temptation to "bump" your ticket. When you reply to your own ticket before a staffer does, it knocks your ticket down to the bottom of the list. So please be patient and your ticket will be answered, all tickets are answered in the order they are received, but when you reply asking why it isn't answered, you actually lose your place in line.

Some (not all) of the problems with getting ezSupporter and Community Chest donations credited comes from those using Pay Pal missing this warning:
Quote:Important! Once you have submitted payment on the PayPal site you will be taken to a screen titled "You Made A Payment". You MUST click the "Continue" button to proceed back to ezboard so your payment can be applied properly!
The continue button is down in the corner and most of us are used to being done when we get the PayPal confirmation/receipt screen. We print the receipt and log out of PayPal. PayPal sends the email receipt, but the payment record isn't sent to ezboard.
When this happens, the user will need to open a Payments ticket so that their payment can be applied manually.
