I really hope that when RJ goes for custody of Jamie, he gets it. Antonio is a JERK, an abusive jerk. Yes, RJ has done some bad things in the past, but seriously. Antonio just LEFT his daughter because he was having "emotional problems". Please! That's no excuse. Any father who abandons their child like that is no father. And considering that it's Antonio and Jessica's fault that Keri is dead, I think it would be a nice retribution for RJ's loss. I would hope that RJ would let Carlotta see her, at least, if he did get custody. And maybe Antonio once every few months. Maybe Antonio could lose custody of Jamie, flip out, and either commit suicide or leave town? I'd be all for that!

of course he does......but he won't get it. rj is always the bad guy and phonio always gets what he wants....it sucks, and what makes it even worse for me is that to see a story for rj we must be subjected to even more phonio and his huffing and puffing. haven't they learned ANYTHING from this past year and the santi debacle.....WE DON'T WANT HUFFY!!!!!!! clear enough? hopefully, though, at least rj will have lindsay to help him through it.

I'm with sdog - RJ deserves custody, but it'll never happen. Antonio = good. RJ = evil. Didn't you know? Not only did Antonio run out on Jamie, he was going to do it without even saying goodbye! Then he decides right before Xmas he's ready to take her back from RJ, who said no, as he should have. And since that time, has Antonio made any mention of Jamie? I'm asking, because I don't watch his scenes so I honestly don't know what has happened, but based on what I've read on the boards, he hasn't mentioned her at all. He's too busy chasing after Jessica. That is a BAD father. But Antonio will end up with custody anyway. Why is it I'm always rooting for the characters the writers obviously hate? Couldn't they, just once in a while make it so the "evil", "bad" character actually won out? Wouldn't it be a nice change of pace to JUST ONCE see RJ win something away from Antonio? For Dorian to have the upper hand on Viki? For Lindsey to have what Nora pines for? I know I'm not alone in this.

as far as i know, NO - phonio hasn't even mentioned jamie since rj refused to let him take her back......yep - he's the father of the year, allright! and, RSRocks, i agree......it would be nice for the "bad guy" to win once in a while, especially since the "bad guys" you mention are not really bad - just misunderstood.

Looks like this story is finally picking up. Looks like Antonio is going to interrupt RJ and Lindsay tomorrow....  and try and take Jamie after MONTHS of neglecting her!

RJ, Lindsay, and Jamie were really nice today... I was hoping Antonio would actually interrupt something!  Like RJ/Lin making out, or almost going all the way.  But I hope RJ fights Antonio and wins. Let's see; Antonio was FIRED from the police force, rehired, then quit on his own. And that was just in the past year! How many times has he been let go? Or left on his own? That shows his non-ability to commit to anything for a long period of time, like a daughter. He's unfit to be a father... no matter what is going on in your life, you don't leave your daughter. And if he uses the arguement that he just didn't want to hurt her; then there's the possibility that he might be violent towards Jamie if HE even thinks so and shouldn't be allowed to have any custody of her to begin with. RJ might have done some bad things in the past, but he would NEVER treat Jamie the way Antonio did.

i agree-honestly cant stand antonio at all-lol-but as a dad he is the worst-rj deserves custody-imo-cause he has always been there for her jenn
