1 cup sugar
Dash of salt
5 Tablespoons flour
1 pint whipping cream
Combine sugar, salt & flour. Heat whipping cream. Add a little cream to sugar-flour mixture, then mix in all the cream. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes,
then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35 ~ 40 minutes.
