Seacrest - Rockin New Years Eve
Hey guys, Happy New Year!
Did anyone watch Seacrest Co-Host with Dick Clark, last night on ABC? He looked so hot!
Dick Clark is set to be back in Times Square this Saturday.
Hilary Duff and Ryan Seacrest will also take part in the "New Year's Rockin' Eve" special.

The buzz is big -- where will DICK CLARK be on New Year's Eve? With only hours to go until 2006 becomes official, we reveal Dick's party plans as we look back on the first time he rocked in the New Year in 1972!
"When we first started out, it was my wife and me and a cameraman and an aluminum ladder on top of the building," he once told ET.
For the 34th consecutive year, "Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve," airing on Saturday on ABC at 10 p.m., will lead America into the New Year. The 76-year-old TV legend will be back at his usual spot at the "Good Morning America" studios and RYAN SEACREST will co-host with him. Teen queen HILARY DUFF will anchor the Los Angeles portion of the show. Taking time off to recover from a stroke, this will mark Clark's first TV appearance in over a year.
"We had a conversation and he's very much looking forward to being back," Seacrest told ET about Clark. "There is almost this teenage excitement that you hear in his voice and that you feel because he is going to be back where he has been for so long."
And Ryan says this year he's going to be Dick's "wingman" and it will always be his show. "If he wants to come back next year or the next ten years he can because it's his show," he says.
New York's Times Square is already showing signs of getting ready for the big night when hundreds of thousands will witness the famous ball drop. Clark is already in the Big Apple prepping.
In 1990 Clark told ET that he loved his work, and it's easy to see why it's important to him to come back. "I think everybody should be so lucky to find a line of work that interests them their whole lives," he said. "I've been at this for over 40 years. I've never lost interest. It's always invigorating."
"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2006" rings in 2006 with three star-studded specials. First, "Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve" will air from 10 p.m. -- 11 p.m. and will feature live reports on the night's festivities as well as a look back at the biggest concerts of the year.
Then, "Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve 2006, Part 1," airs from 11:35 p.m. - 1:05 p.m., and in addition to reporting on the final minutes of 2005, Clark and Seacrest will be joined by Duff who, along with performing her own music, will also introduce SEAN PAUL, 3 DOORS DOWN and THE PUSSYCAT DOLLS, among others, who will rock in 2006.
And wrapping up the joyful night will be "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2006, Part 2," airing from 1:05 a.m. - 2:05 a.m. with all of the hot musical acts continuing the celebration with more electrifying performances.
