Server Error: We can no longer view our Ezboard
p104.ezboard.com/bsteffanscommunity

We have been actively using this board up until October 20, 2009. Suddenly, we can no longer access our board. We've all gotten a "Server Error" message that says:

Quote:
Explanation: The Web server refused the connection.

Try the following:
Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the Refresh button. The timeout could have occurred due to Internet congestion.
Check spelling: Check that the Web page address is spelled correctly. The address may have been mistyped.
Access from a link: If there is a link to the page you are looking for, try accessing the page from that link.
Contact website: You may want to contact the website administrator to make sure the Web page still exists. You can do this by using the e-mail address or phone number listed on the website home page.
If you are still not able to view the requested page, try contacting your administrator or Helpdesk.

Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code 10061: Connection refused
Background: The server you are attempting to access has refused the connection with the gateway. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the server.

What's going on? Have we now lost everything? This has happened to us before, and I realize that we are not "paying" customers, but still...we had a lot of stuff up on our board that we really didn't want to lose. We have some of it backed up on various computers, but we'd really like to just get our site back. Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks.

I've just learned that this situation is not as it appeared to be at first. Someone from the Yuku team will contact you about this.

Yeah, I had pretty much conceded defeat and went ahead and created the new Yuku board to try to salvage what we could.

I have been contacted, and we're working to resolve the issue. I'm hoping things work out. Just knowing someone is working on it makes me feel a little better.

Thanks for the response!
