Sidebar specific banner help needed

Hello,

I`m having trouble figuring out why my sidebar specific banners are not showing, just the main page banner is showing up in all forums. Is there a code missing that I haven`t seen? Please take a look and tell me what I`ve done wrong;

There is a script error, but it is not related to the reported problem.
custom html area
custom header

either this script is redundant and needs removing (I cannot see a reason for it's existance) or it needs the forum number entering instead of it being blank.
