So Kira, I made your chicken enchiladas recipe last night
And I burned my lips off. HAWT hawt hawt hawt!
I don't know if I bought the wrong kind of tomatoes or what, but WOW. These were diced with green chiles.
I also made an error and put the tomatoes in with the chicken, soup and mix instead of over the top. I think that would have helped cuz I could have scraped it off as needed. But wow~they were good! I just think I'll use 1/2 can next time. DH loved them, too!
