GL: Philip Is Alive! (Grant Aleksander's scenes were taped before Grant left, they shot it as a fantasy. They would have taken Grant back if he wanted to return - I guess he didn't want to return - they had a story in place for him coming back right after this sequence airs and one ready for if he chose not to come back. The twist surprised even the cast. Head Writer said it was the plan that he would not be really dead pre-story taking place. Alan set the thing up to protect his son. Philip is delusional and is in some room thinking he's running the town of Springfield).
The opportunity is prime for Dinah, who is ovulating at the moment. Will she find the chance to make a baby? After all, it takes two to tango!
In a more confronational situation, Mallet orders Alan to drop his weapon. But will Alan lose control and shock Mallet by using his weapon?
Meanwhile, Sebastian goes the extra mile to try and and get things to go his way. When he impersonates a cop, who does he deceive? Does he pass as a believable officer of the law?
And it's a moment of truth for Lizzie and Cassie, as they seize an opportunity to bond this week. Do they unite in happiness or sorrow?
Well, it's indubitably a happy week for Marina. She receives some very good news - but who is the source, and what kind of impact will this have on Marina's actions? See it all play out on Guiding Light this week!
Reva plots to set that nasty Nate up for a fall. After ages of suffering for a crime she didn't commit, Harley is exonerated in the matter of Phillip Spaulding's murder. Will Alan finally pay for his treachery? Edmund discovers Dinah's dirty little secret — she lost the baby and has been faking by wearing a pregnancy pad. The furious fiend is mad enough to kill her... or do something even more cruel. When Lizzie and Coop have a conflict, she looks to Sebastian for sympathy. That's a baaad move, Miss Spaulding!
Harley is determined to get Alan to confess, and she has a plan that she thinks will get him to let it all out. But is she more hopeful than she should be? Why would Alan ever confess? Then, in another developing scheme, Reva voluntarily helps Olivia to try and trounce Nate. Can they form a strategy that will really get the best of him? Will olivia appreciate Reva's helping hand or find it annoying? While all this planning is going on, someone can breathe a sigh of relief now that Dinah decides to no longer press charges. Why the sudden change of heart? Well, there is definitely no change of heart for Cassie. As she continually rejects Edmund, what will it take for him to realize he should back off? And finally, Coop makes a big gesture this week when he saves Lizzie. From what? Who put Lizzie in a situation that demanded her being rescued? Find out when you tune into Guiding Light!
