Sucks that the show wasn't on today.
We finally get an episode with both Michael and Marcie in it(which seems like it never happens) and it gets interupted. figures :dontknow I saw like the first 10-15 mins or so. Marcie and Hugh were having their date at Rodi's and some random woman comes in and throws herself at Hugh. I know that Michael is supposed to see a kiss between Hugh and Marcie so I wonder how this is gonna happen now. guess we have to wait til Monday to see. oh well. I'll be more than happy to comfort Mikey when he sees this though :hugs (or :makeout :cool ).

Meanwhile Michael is also at Rodi's with Matthew, taking him out for some food or something. On a side note: poor Matthew :( . I hope Nora gets better just for his sake. Anyways, back to Michael, why would Mike take a kid to a bar to get food? couldn't they have gone to the Diner or something? I know the reason for Michael being there was to see Marcie with Hugh but did he have to bring Matthew there.

Ok, now I'm gonna comment on some things that have happened recently in Mikey's world. I don't know about you all but I enjoyed how Michael was teasing Hugh at the blood donation thing. My mom and sister didn't like it so much but maybe that's because I'm a bigger Michael fan than they are. but perhaps if I was in Marcie's shoes in that circumstance maybe I wouldn't have liked it so much.

I throughly enjoyed how Michael and Rex played darts together last week. They would definitely get my vote for them to have more buddy scenes. :bdayparty

Do you guys think they are still gonna go through with the Spencer/McBain connection? I'm not so sure anymore with everything that Spencer has going on. I mean, the Buchanans, the Cramers, David and Paige, not to mention being a doctor, does he really have time for the McBains as well. I was looking forward to seeing the connection between him and the McBains but I'm doubtful that this is gonna happen now.

wow, I should really post more often so that I don't write such long posts. :wave One last thought(I promise ;) ) I really think they need to end this whole Jess/Tess storyline cause I've been annoyed with it for some time now and they really need to show more of Michael/Marcie/Hugh. We don't get enough of these three.

Well Jen, I have to say I am kinda glad they didn't show it. Here in Chicago, we were subjected to 4 - count them - 4 hours of coverage of the 45 minute White Sox ralley. AS you know, my household is all about the Cubs, and though I am happy the Sox won - for the sake of the city of Chicago, did we really need 4 hours of coverage? I got to see about 20 minutes of GH until Bush interrupted - which is what I am assuming interrupted OLTL for you. I knew something was up though, when SOAP Net didn't play that episode and played Thurday's in its place.

But, WE did get to see it today & I was dying at the scenes with Hugh & that girl. But I felt so bad for Michael when he witnessed the kiss. I just wanted to give him a big old hug - lol

Chicago should have done what Boston did last year and hold off the rally til saturday. I didn't think the interuption was Bush but maybe he came later. After they came on and said it was a press conference I figured it would be going on for a while so I just turned it out. I figured that if they ended up playing enough of one life that it would be on soap net later.

anyways, even though we had to wait til monday to see it, I thought it was worth seeing. Boy the look on Mikey's face when he saw Hugh kiss Marcie. I just wanted to give the guy a big hug :hugs . But look what Marcie did as soon as Hugh left, she immediately turned around to see what Michael was doing. It is so obvious that there is still something there between the two of them. I mean Marcie even went with Mike to bring Matthew home(as we were told anyways).

You know I was thinking that maybe Hugh and Evangeline could work as a couple. I don't know if she'd go that route of dating someone on the opposite side of the law again though.
