I'd hate to say it but I think George definitely had a weak performance this week. He's been one of the most consistently good performers thus far so I'd hate to see him go just yet. But I'd understand if he ended up in the bottom 3.
I like Jasmine but I think that perhaps her and Diana will also be in the bottom 3 this week.
Love to see John Stevens get voted out since he's been bad for a couple weeks now but this week he actually had a genre that he could pick a song fit for his voice. I just don't think he's going anywhere just yet, unfortunately. I read something today(on MTV's site I think) about people thinking that he's especially popular with the "older" fans.
Fantasia is good but I just can't seem to get into her. I don't know what she'll have to do to win me over.
My pick to win has not changed one bit, LaToya all the way!!! She proved herself yet again this week and I'm sticking by her to win. If she doesn't, I'll still stick by her just like I'm still sticking by my pick to win last season, Clay.
i didn't get to see it because i thought someone tape it for me but they didn't,thanks for the re-cap i hope the american idol website will post some clips of last night show cause i really want to see iam so upset that i miss it. i am really rooting for latoya i think shes just awesome too. Amy.
I guess I was wrong on the bottom 3
I didn't really expect to see both Johns in the bottom 3 and when it was them and Diana, I really thought it was her week to go. So, I was surprised for Ryan to say that she was safe and it was down to JPL and John Stevens. I thought at that point that it would be John Stevens and based on his reaction after JPL was voted out he probably was thinking the same thing. I know that Jon Peter wasn't gonna win but I wasn't expecting it to be him this week, of course my sister was disappointed but she still loves him.
Speaking of Jon Peter, I saw him on Ryan's show and he is just so crazy and such a dork. It's not wonder my sis liked him, hehe
Sorry to hear that you didn't get to see the performances last week, Amy. Hopefully you can get them from the website or there's probably a fansite or something that has them at least. If I had taped it I would have offered to make videos for you but unfortunately I didn't.
This week is gonna be Barry Manilow songs, I hope it's better than the Elton John week.

i know i was suprised too about the bottom 3 i was hopeing john stevens would go but i was upset to see Jpl to go i really did like him even though he can be a dork but he's seem to be really funny&sweet guess thats why i like him so much,i wish him well i think with some help JPL can be a better singer.
I really hope this week with barry manilow goes better too i not a huge Manilow fan but I do like some of his songs so it should be Interesting!!!
i will have to go web searching for some clips, but i am going to make sure i tape it this week casue i have to work late on both nights LOL!!
