Tryin to get fit
Hello friends..
Just a update on why i havent been on much past couple months.
Seems my job and EQ, old age slower metabolisim :( Has packed on the pounds these past few years. Tipicle day starts at 5am and off to work by 6am and start work at 7am. Then 10 hrs of sittin on me bum operating a crane. Then come home an S/S/S , then log into EQ for more sittin on the keyster till bed time, rinse an repeat for 6 days. Only havin sundays off suxors for sure, for havin no life.
Well around the 1st of december i decided to get back in shape, joined a gym where i play raquetball for an hr, then hit the weights for an hr, then come home an 3 S's and not much time before bed.
So untill i can get adjusted to stayin up latter an still continuin this routine, my play time is limited, sorry i havent been there for yall, and will try an start makin some raids, atleast once a week till i can help more.
