~Appearance: Victoria has long, brown hair, with blonde highlights. She usually wears it up in a ponytail or bun, and ocasionally she leaves it down. She is tall, about 5'7 or 5'8. Even though she is only 13, people have mistaken her for 15 or 16. She is slim, but not anorexic-looking or anything like that. She usually wears a tanktop with either shorts or jeans in the summer, and in the winter, she usually wears t-shirts or long sleeve shirts with jeans. (after all, this IS canada!) Personally, she thinks she is very cute.
~Personality/Habits: Victoria usually has a very positive personality. She tries to be friendly and nice to everybody. She can act VERY hyper at times, and loves to have a great time. She is popular, but tries to be nice to everybody. She has lots of friends, but not many of them are really really close to her. It takes her a while to trust people, but once she gets to know you, and trusts you, she will be a very good friend. Also, if somebody breaks her trust, then it takes a long time before she can forgive them completely. Even though she tries to be nice to everybody, if you get on her bad side, she will get VERY mean. She has lots of havits, both good and bad. One of her not-so-great habits is that she doesn't always listen to people completely. Sometimes she will refuse to listen to what someone is trying to say, and that sometimes makes her get into more arguments with people. Also, she can get a bad attitude. Sometimes, even though she tries not to, she can come off as a snooty, mean, only-cares-about-herself type of person. But if you get to know her, you will see that that's not true. Since her family is rich, she has been spoiled almost all her life. Sometimes, she forgets that she doesn't always get what she wants, when she wants it.
~History: She lives with both her parents in Canada. They both work for the Canadian branch of the Ministry Of Magic. Her family is very rich, and she usually gets what she wants. She has two twin sisters, who are both 7 years old, and a baby brother who is 18 months old.
