Village Under Attack!
Argan and Edge continue their way back to the village. Argan now seeming to look better now from before is now walking more confidently with Edge now behind him with an annoyed look on.
"Man I can't believie that guy was going to kick your butt in there...well at least that cave in saved us."
Edge also seems alot better from before from the brusing he was given from the battle before the strange shadow like foe. It seemed that only Argan that time could face him which made Edge even more annoyed as he wanted to be able to handle things himself too.
As they continue to walk they reach the village gate and start to walk in. "I guess the Elder and our Instructor are going to be annoyed at us..probably at you more..".
(To Umi and Kage you can post now what your actions are while this is all going on. Umi you wont be able to enter the Water temple yet so your best bet is perhaps train or wait for us at the main pass gate to head into the mountains further back. It is of course all up to you what you guys intend to do)
"It's not my fault the shadow guy caused a cave-in is it?" said Argan as they enter through the main gate of Helix Village. "And he wasn't going to kick my ass, I had everything under control. There's no way I could lose to a shadow elemental." He continued as they walk around the weapons shop.

"You were the one that caused the cave in with that attack of yours!!"
As the duo go around the corner of one of the buildings they see the Elder and their Instructor being faced with soldiers armed with swords and pikes. One of the soldiers at the front seems to be the leader. Horses and a sort of carriage are nearby meaning they must have arrived quickly with little notice.
He seems to be wearing a more expensive uniform with a white silk cape flowing back and long black hair. The hair itself is long and looks like it's highly maintained possibly showing he might be a vain man. He looks like he is in his mid 20's and has a rapier to his left side.
A better look would have to wait as the man pointed his weapon at the two villagers. "I ask again where did you hide it! The temple we located seems to have collasped and i want to know if you moved it."
The Elder gives a look of confusion over the soldiers question "We haven't touched anything that you would want we just want to live peaceful lives!"
The soldier gives a look of defiance "So you choose to play dumb and make a fool of me! I demand respect!!" One of the soldiers holding a device marches up the now swarking Soldier now looking more like a spoilt child.
Soldier:"Sir it must be here or close by it's detecting the signal."
Blackhaired: Good i'm glad that scientist has some brains..I'll ask you once more where is it!!"
Elder: "We haven't got anything here"
Blackhaired: "So be it..men tear this place apart till you find the prize!! Kill anyone in your way!!".
Edge looks back to Argan "We have to stop them!!" Edge goes ahead to the soldiers with his sword at the ready.

What have we here...
Amongst the shadows of the rocks, the shadows of the trees, the animals, and within the shadows of the hearts of men... there resided Kage.
Though now, the shadow was just beneath a gable, aura withdrawn and lying dormant within his body. Shadow Aspect completely devoid for the moment. Yes, he was observing... the secret arts of stealth were known to a select few, and he happened to be the only one around. Let's see how they fare, here... He thought to himself with a smirk. If the soldiers didn't get them, he knew someone who would.

Edge not one to waste time goes in for the first one he sees. The soldier is holding his own one handed sword and just turns around to see the incoming Edge.
Soldier1: "What the hell a Kid-ouff".
Edge: "Take that you big bully!"
Edge had gone in low and used the blunt side of his sword to strike the mid ribs of the soldier. Lucky for him they werent wearing heavy armour but he'd need to be careful not to get surrounded.
Now behind the soldier he struck he turns to face him ready for a repeat attack.
Elder: "Edge becareful what you are doing these are Soldiers from this Countries army they wont tolerate this!"
Master Gabriel: "It's them or this village!"
Now Master Gabriel draws his weapon for the fight but stays more in a neutral position from them as lif he knows exactly how to take these guys on.
(I know i said big bully but i'm a teen and this is isn't like cert 18 in all areas lol)

Attack
Argan draws his sword and shield, he runs upto the nearest guard, and takes a diagonal slash at him, but the guard anticipates this and parrys.
Master Gabriel too makes a move, with great skill, he weaves in and out of Argan and Edge's battles, working his way towards the furthest guard. With his Master's Rapier, Gabriel spin straifes to the left, parrys the guards weapon out of it's path, and thrusts the thin blade through the guards chest, killing him instantly. Gabriel was making this look easy.
Elder Helix merely stood in awe for now, as another guards comes upto Edge from behind and takes a punch to the back of his head while he isn't looking. While the guard he originally attacked was swiping in Edge's direction with his sword.
The final soldier was moving around the edge of the battle in a perculiar way, as if trying to get something. Don Fuego drew out a whip-type weapon from his belt, and cracked it at Gabriel. But Gabriel managed to evade, just.

Where do you find these guys?
Kage snorted, rolling his eyes from his position. "For the love of Seishan, I could have ended this by now." For the time, he was exceedingly bored, wondering if he should step in and just kill everyone.

As Edge watches out for the sword it looks like he couldn't notice the fist from behind. Being struck in the head Edge starts to fall down to the ground. As he falls the sword comes in and catches his shoulder and scarf.
It's clear that these soldiers don't care wheter they kill a youth or an old man. One of the soldiers that was not fighting the three villagers turned to Don Feugo.
"Sir shouldn't we look for the item in question before we lose another man?"
It was clear that the soldier was worried of Master Gabriel coming for him next.
"We will come back with reinforcements to take what should be ours. Use the remaining men to stop them while i go for backup..."
The man said this with a little bit of an edge to his voice. Going to the transport he came in he quickly starts to leave the scene and allow his men to feel the brunt of the fury of the villagers.

Whee, walkies!
Kage looked over, rubbing his chin softly. "Hmm... and where is the fish with the big pants going...? We'll have a looksee, precious." He spoke quietly, releasing the Guardian Pendant from about his neck. A moment later, he was gone, latched on to the bottom of the carriage, going along for the ride.

Feeling the pain of steel hitting his shoulder he lands fairly hard. The two soldiers look down at the Edge and realise he's just a kid.
Soldier: What the hell! Whats a kid doing trying to fight us?
Edge: Stop calling me Kid!!!
Edge whacks the side of his sword into the front soldiers leg causing him to fall to his knees in pain. Rolling over the back guard tries to go for a kick to Edge's stomach but he manages to grab it.
Edge: Great i'm stuck on the ground with injuries...well it is my first time fighting people...
