What really happened between Tywin and Tysha?
This was taken from Tywin's trial discussion thread. I was arguing with SKD whether Tysha really agreed to have sex with all those guards. SKD said no way, i said yes way. This is how it went..

So how do you envisage the conversation as going, Ned. Like this?
Tywin : Well, young woman, I'm afraid if you thought that I'd have no alternative but to accept the illicit and and unorthodox wedding you contracted with my idiot son, you were sadly mistaken. My septon is annulling it even as we speak.
Tysha (possibly mentally rather than in so many words) : Bummer!
Tywin : But in order to make the break as clean as possible, and open my son's eyes to how he was fooled, I am willing to offer you a golden opportunity to make a tidy profit out of this business after all. At no expense or trouble to yourself, I will provide you with at least fifty (or twenty or a hundred, or whatever you think is the most likely number ) enthusiastic and virile clients, and pay for you to service them at the usual price. And as a bonus, you will even receive a gold coin, to send you merrily on your way, when my son takes the final turn. Agreed?
Tysha (cheering up) : Well, you can't win them all. Seems like my luck's in anyway. It's a bargain, m'lord. You want me to start right away?

Tywin: No, my child, i was only joking. Everybody knows Tywin Lannister, am i a gentle person? Yes! Am i a ruthless guy? No!
Tysha: What the hell? Excuse me sir asshole, but i need that money. So let me work or you'll feel my wrath!
Tywin: No, please, no! *Crying* Guards! Guards! Help!
Tysha: Say what? Damn, biatch, you're giving me to your guards?! You wuss, c'mon, i'll take you one-on-one!!
Guards: Come with us lady!
Tywin: Give her the money.. I feel sorry for her, let no man say that Tywin is not a forgiving fellow!
Tysha: No, i want to EARN this money! Let me work!
Tywin: Well, *shrug* if you insist... You are allowed to entertain the guards.
Tysha: Thank you, My lord. *spit*
Tywin: Awwww... *runs away crying*

She was gangraped, Ned. The trial is over. Get over it. SKD should have kept her big goddamn trap shut in that Judges thread. What was she doing posting there, in the first place? Man, that pisses me off. I can understand you and I posting there, Ned. We were the prosecution and defence councils, after all, but what the fuck was she doing there? I Was gone for one fucking weekend, and all of a sudden she managed to post, what, TWO pages worth of material? That was bullshit, and somebody should have told her to get the fuck out. I was polite about it, but apparently, she doesn't read my posts. I should have told her to fuck off. Maybe she would have gotten the message THEN.

Yea, Tysha was raped. So what? I still think he should never have been found guilty on this.
Demon, i understand what you are saying, i can see your frustration, but you are wrong. ONLY the judges were allowed to post there, not the lawyers. YOU were the one who started posting there, i only posted in the discussion thread until i saw you were talking to the judges. SKD had the same right to intervene as we had, none. Luckily, SKD helped me in this trial, but she did not help in Stannis' trial.. (can't remember if she was or wasn't a judge back then, i think she wasn't).

I only posted an opinion because of my position as prosecution, and even asked if that was all right, if I recall. Nobody told me to get out. I wouldn't have minded if you posted your opinion because of your position as a defendant, either. In RL trials, especially when capital punishment is a possible verdict, the prosecution and the defence has the right to give their opinion, at least. The observers up there in the gallery, unfortunately, do not.

Yea, well, it happens. Anyway, i'm not sure she was the only one who made them change their minds. Remember that Mormont did NOT want to give Tywin a death sentence. He would have probably persuaded the others to let him go to exile and no arm and tongue.
I would have tried to get his arm and tongue attached to Tywin, but i'm not sure i would have succeeded without SKD. But i believe Tywin would not have died anyway, Mormont was just too active.

There's only a couple of people in the series who'd get a death sentence in a trial, and they won't get a trial 'cos they're too easy - Gregor, Hoat etc. I'd have exiled Tywin purely on the basis that he's too dangerous to allow to remain in the Seven Kingdoms.

I think Os, Maester Luhwin, and Davos were all agreed on death for Tywin. It would have been cool, but, unfortunately, this didn't happen.
This is what people do whenever SKD posts a message. Check it out, the next time she posts, I guarantee you, at least one person will post, saying something like 'excellent post, SKD'. Not that I give a shit. They can all for all I care.

Demon, i had my share of fights with SKD, but i am one of the people who write "Gerat post, SKD!". I don't think this means i'm kissing her ass, i just like her style and she writes very good posts.
