Whether he's alive or not is debatable. I'd vote for the Other in the prologue. But of the ones you've listed - Jaime (assuming pre-chop), Sandor close second.

I would love to see Brienne take the Hound on too. She easily gave Jaime a run for his money in A Storm of Swords (what a great sequence that was!).
