this morning i opened a ticket by submitting the form located here. in the meantime i received two emails confirming that the issue has been submitted (the first one ) and assigned (the second one). however, i'm no more able to login into my account (your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect) nor resetting my password (although i'am certain it is perfectly correct) - application error #1903, the provided information doesn't match any registered account.

I'm sorry, that is not our regular Helpdesk. Please go here and submit a new ticket, choosing the appropriate department for your problem.

Don't worry about the other ticket. The information you submitted there is secure. It's just in the wrong place. Our fault, not yours. My apologies.
