argh x10
Just popping in to say "hi" as usual. These people (air force) won't let me leave without a fight, but I'm trying to get out asap. This life just isn't for me and I found out the hard way. I strongly hope to see ya'll in march/april on a daily ingame basis. Until then, keep taking names MLF!!

Bah - give it time. Military can be a brutal adjustment the first several months, but if you leave you will be kicking yourself in 20-30 years when you could be retiring
Besides, it's only the Air Force - they are almost civilians

Health benefits. Obviously you are thinking about the old military. They now have to pay for medical even to buy pharmacuticals.

Military retirees get their 'dope' in 90 day batches, and pay $9.00 for that 90 day batch. Not a bad deal.
Doing your 20 isn't so bad, it seemed to go by fast for me. Stick it out, like it has been said above, once you get over the hump, it gets easier. And, even toag is semi-right, we used to call it the Air Farce, but mostly out of jealousy. They always seemed to have it made on all the AF bases I visited.
