break the habits
do any of you have annoying habits.......? i used to bite my nails but then i stopped...now i bite my lips and they are all broken and lippie looks forlorn on them! ne1 have ne suggestions? i also twirl my hair round my fingers when talking to figures of authority....teachers, strangers etc.......ne help............anyone...........*crickets sqeak*........please???

I pick at my lips, with my fingers, and I'm deperately trying to quit. But I do it without thinking, really, so later it's like "Where did that mark come from?" or "Why is my lip bleeding?"

Terrible habit it is! No matter what I do, it always happens! I've tried every lip moisturizer, lipgloss, and Chapstick on the market. Even tried using lipstick... that didn't work, it would dry onto my lips and then the peel would be colored...

i gave up all my nasty habits by self-controlling...good idea huh...cantonese will put horrible stuff on kids' thumbs/fingers if they suck them or something...like lotion or washing powder or something...i'm so glad i could get rid of them myself
